Terms of Use

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Voiceover Solutions Group LLC, operating as VoiceScore at voicescore.ai. By accessing or using our platform, services, or content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use VoiceScore.

1. Services Overview

VoiceScore is a Communication Intelligence Platform offering voice and communication diagnostic assessments, coaching services, and professional development programs through our proprietary Diagnose–Prognose–Metamorphose framework. Our service offerings include: Discovery Call (initial voice and communication assessment consultation), Analysis Call (in-depth diagnostic review and scoring), Strategy Call (personalized development roadmap session), Private Coaching (ongoing one-on-one communication coaching), VoiceScore Confidence Letter (official documentation of assessment results), and Corporate/Team Communication Audits and Enterprise Programs. VoiceScore is a coaching and diagnostic platform, not a licensed medical or therapeutic service.

2. Eligibility

To use VoiceScore, you must: be at least 18 years of age; have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable law; and provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. By using VoiceScore, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

Certain features of VoiceScore require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration, keep your account credentials confidential and not share access with third parties, notify us immediately at support@voicescore.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All service fees are listed on our website and are subject to change with prior notice. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize VoiceScore to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. VoiceScore does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

4.3 Refund Policy

Discovery Calls, Analysis Calls, and Strategy Calls: full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session; no refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Private Coaching Packages: pro-rata refund available for unused sessions if cancellation is requested within 14 days of purchase; no refund after 14 days or if more than 50% of sessions have been completed. Corporate/Enterprise Programs: refund terms are specified in the applicable Master Service Agreement. VoiceScore Confidence Letters: non-refundable once issued. 4.4 Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or not attended without notice will be forfeited without refund. We reserve the right to make exceptions for documented emergencies at our sole discretion.

5. User Conduct

By using VoiceScore, you agree NOT to: misrepresent your identity or professional credentials; submit recordings or content belonging to third parties without their explicit consent; use VoiceScore services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our assessment methodology, scoring algorithms, or proprietary frameworks; share, resell, or sublicense VoiceScore services or assessment reports without written authorization; upload malicious code or content designed to disrupt our platform; harass, threaten, or abuse VoiceScore staff, coaches, or other users; or circumvent any security or access control measures. Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and where appropriate, legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 VoiceScore Ownership

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, assessment frameworks, scoring methodologies, curricula, training materials, and platform technology associated with VoiceScore are the exclusive intellectual property of Voiceover Solutions Group LLC. The Diagnose–Prognose–Metamorphose framework is proprietary.

6.2 Your Content & Voice Data

You retain ownership of all voice recordings, written submissions, and personal content you submit to VoiceScore. By submitting content, you grant VoiceScore a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze that content solely to deliver your requested services. We will not use your voice recordings for commercial purposes, marketing, AI training datasets, or any purpose beyond your coaching engagement without your explicit written consent.

6.3 Assessment Reports

Your personalized VoiceScore assessment reports and Confidence Letters are prepared for your individual use. You may share them for professional purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, or present them as a VoiceScore-endorsed representation of another individual.

7. Confidentiality

VoiceScore coaches and staff are bound by professional confidentiality obligations. Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except: with your explicit written consent; as required by law or court order; or in situations involving credible risk of harm to yourself or others.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 No Guarantee of Results

VoiceScore provides professional coaching and communication diagnostic services. Individual results vary based on effort, consistency, and personal circumstances. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, employment results, or performance improvements.

8.2 Not Medical or Therapeutic Advice

VoiceScore services are for professional communication development only. They are not a substitute for medical, speech therapy, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you have a medical concern affecting your voice or communication, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.

8.3 Platform Availability

We strive for continuous platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may conduct maintenance, updates, or experience technical disruptions. We will notify users of planned downtime where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VOICEOVER SOLUTIONS GROUP LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND COACHES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF VOICESCORE SERVICES. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from your use of VoiceScore shall not exceed the total amount you paid to VoiceScore in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoiceScore, Voiceover Solutions Group LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, coaches, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of VoiceScore services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit to our platform.

11. Third-Party Services

VoiceScore may integrate with or link to third-party platforms and services (e.g., Stripe for payments, Calendly for scheduling, Zoom for virtual sessions). These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. VoiceScore is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against VoiceScore. All claims must be brought on an individual basis.

12.4 Jurisdiction for Non-Arbitrable Matters

For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate their relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting support@voicescore.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to other users or our platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and, where appropriate, by email notification. Your continued use of VoiceScore after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and VoiceScore with respect to your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
